🛡️ SAFETY & CONDUCT

  • Parents/guardians: please supervise players under 13, and use your judgment for teens playing solo — this hunt covers several downtown blocks.
  • Watch for traffic: downtown Concord is an active, open street grid. Use crosswalks, obey traffic signals, and stay aware of your surroundings — don't step into the street while looking at your phone.
  • This is a working downtown: real businesses are open and real people are going about their day. Missions may lead you near shops, restaurants, and offices — keep noise and disruption to a minimum.
  • Be respectful of local businesses and patrons: don't block doorways, displays, or sidewalks, and don't enter a business unless a mission specifically invites you in.
  • No trespassing: every clue is solvable from public property — sidewalks, parks, and public rights-of-way. Never enter private property, climb structures, or cross a fence or posted line to complete a mission.
  • Legal matters: players are responsible for following all local laws and posted signage while playing. Purple Star Signs and Discover Downtown Concord are not liable for injury, property damage, or citations resulting from how the game is played.
